Refund policy

Returns & Exchange Policy:  No return without prior Authorization from The Spindle People LLC, Please open and inspect all packages immediately. All unopened or non-installed returns must be made within 20 days from date of shipping. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise shipped correctly by The Spindle People LLC but not wanted by the customer. All shipping charges incurred and on returned merchandise are the responsibility of the Customer. Parts must not have installed to be eligible for refund / credit. All refunds will be paid with company check only.
